Mr. Dockter has been in the construction industry for several years. Starting as a laborer and working his way to an Estimator, he has obtained experience in the residential, multi-family, and heavy highway/bridges markets. It has been these experiences that allowed him to work effectively while bidding projects. Mr. Dockter graduated with a bachelor's degree in construction management from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is currently pursuing his master’s in business administration.
