Mr. Neal has held a variety of leadership roles at RD. Offutt Company over the last 30 years and is an expert in real estate. Neal provides leadership for all aspects of the company's operations with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment. Neal graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor's degree in real estate and finance.
