Mr. Kappes joins the JN team with over 10 years of industry experience. He brings extensive accounting knowledge in construction, property management and real estate development. His responsibilities include managing and executing the accounting operations of JN Contracting, budgeting, and financial analysis, as well as the creation and implementation of new accounting procedures. Mr. Kappes graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead with a bachelor’s degrees in economics and business management.
